Our team consists of three concentric circles. The founders of Timshel are right at the core. Three like-minded women with similar values and complimentary skills came together to found Timshel. With significant experience in consulting and coaching across different geographies and clients, the three founders have deep experience in working on human transformation and change both at an individual and systemic level.
The second circle is that of Timshel’s associates. Our associates come from varied backgrounds and are specialists in their own fields. They form the heart of Timshel and ensure that value is delivered to clients in every interaction. Our associates consist of consultants, programme managers and administrators.
Our third circle consists of a large network of coaches and facilitators. Our coaches and facilitators are individuals who are truly passionate about working with individuals and organizations who are committed to personal evolution and growth.
